JJ Game Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jj game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the jj game website, mobile app and any services made available through the platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using jj game in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms as well.

These Terms apply to all users of jj game, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and anyone accessing any feature of the website or app. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

To register and use jj game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

Registration implies that you are playing on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering with the intention of exploiting bonuses, manipulating odds, or operating on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jj game account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any security questions or PIN codes associated with your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jj game will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your sharing of credentials or failure to protect your login details.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice.
• You must keep your contact details up to date at all times.
• Accounts showing no activity for an extended period may be classed as dormant. Dormant account policies will be communicated to you via registered contact details before any action is taken.
• jj game may carry out periodic account reviews for security, responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

All account transactions on jj game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is confirmed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. jj game is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, network issues or bank processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jj game within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. Withdrawals are generally paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method will be discussed with you. jj game may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

• You may only withdraw funds that were deposited by you personally and using payment methods registered to your name.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• jj game reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of fraud prevention.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to unverified account details will be held until verification is complete.
• jj game does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All bets placed on jj game are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event in question, in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets or bets that did not receive a reference number due to a technical error are not valid and will not be settled.

Cricket and PSL: Cricket betting markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, method of dismissal and various in-play markets during live matches. Pakistan Super League fixtures are given priority coverage with enhanced odds available on selected matches. Abandoned matches are settled according to official competition rules.

• Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• In-play bets are accepted at jj game's sole discretion. Odds may be suspended at any time during live events.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one selection is void, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. Current limits are shown at the time of placing a bet.
• jj game reserves the right to limit bet sizes for specific players or markets at its discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has ended, or where the outcome is already known, will be voided regardless of when the platform accepted the bet.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of jj game's trading team is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

jj game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any additional terms stated on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is offered. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or markets specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• jj game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively wagering an offer will not be affected by mid-offer changes.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, arbitrage, pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinated exploitation — results in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jj game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account — directly or through a connected household, device or IP address.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Using bots, automated scripts, scrapers or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in, facilitating or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Money laundering or using jj game to transfer, conceal or disguise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing jj game staff or other players.
• Placing bets with knowledge of privileged insider information about an event's outcome.

jj game uses a combination of automated monitoring and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be temporarily restricted while a review takes place. The outcome of jj game's internal investigation is final.

You may close your jj game account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

jj game may suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or money laundering.
• You fail to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• You request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and you have not responded to communication about dormancy.

Upon closure initiated by jj game due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation determines a serious breach, that balance may be forfeited entirely.

jj game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

• jj game is not liable for losses resulting from the platform being unavailable during a live event.
• jj game is not liable for losses caused by a player's failure to update account details, missing notifications, or failing to check the Promotions page for current offers.
• jj game is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast.
• jj game does not accept liability for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits jj game's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jj game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is available at jjgame.onl/privacy-policy.

Your personal information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services and regulatory bodies where required or legally compelled. You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you by contacting support.

jj game is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults and should never be seen as a way to generate income or recover financial losses. If gaming stops being enjoyable and starts causing concern, please use the tools available in your account settings.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much PKR you add to your account.
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set period of activity on the platform.

• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent during a session.
